Evangelism

During the second week of January 2008 we evangelized with the members of Vida Nueva in San Salvador and the Good News in Action team. People were very receptive and members from our Lourdes church participated faithfully.

Visitation

In the days following the evangelistic campaign, the members of our church as well as those from Metro America level 2 helped us to follow up those who had made professions of faith in Jesus Christ. We invited them to church and provided transportation for them. Twenty four new folks joined us for that church service.

The follow-up

All those who attended the church service for the first time were invited to a Continental Breakfast at our church installations, The Quinta El Encanto. The breakfast was organized and carried out by members of our church where pastors Alex Hernandez and Salvador Escobar (Chity) encouraged them to “hear the voice of Christ and follow Him” (John 10:27). Twenty eight people attended, sixteen of whom have continued attending. We are trusting God to perserve this fruit.
