Josué Ramiro Claros Araujo was born on the 29 th of January 1987 to Pastor Omar Claros Martinez and Ana Vilma Araujo Claros. Ramiro was the youngest of 3 siblings (Vilma Ziomara and Jose Omar). Ramiro grew up and lived in San Miguel for his first 14 years where his father was a pastor at the Chaparrastique Baptist Church . During the civil war in El Salvador he had the opportunity to get to know the ministry of Good News in Action and men who made a mark upon his life with their testimonies. He had the opportunity to meet each one at his home and see them serve at church. A few he would like to mention are Leo Humphrey, Steve Kern, Julio Contreras Jr., Ray Mears and Eddie Martin who many times came as he was dying of cancer, also Jeff Adams and Marco Castro. So many heroes of the faith marked his young life. This was a great privilege.

In 1992 when Ramiro was just 14 years old, his father was called by God to go to San Francisco Gotera to establish a church. It was very hard for him to leave his best friends behind and go. One of the hardest things he had to adapt to was to get up every morning at 4 AM and ride the bus every day to high school from Gotera to San Miguel where he studied Business Administration with a specialty in Computers. After High School he went to the University, which he graduated from with a 90% average on his thesis project and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

When he first moved to Gotera he found it hard to make new friends but over time he made some friends and one day he found a friend that is now his beloved wife. Ramiro was married on March 10, 2006 and now has a baby daughter, Ana Ester Claros Benevides who was born on March 2, 2007.

Ramiro received Christ as his Savior when he was just 7 years old in a morning Sunday school class after the teacher had taught about Jesus and His disciples. He decided that he would be a disciple of Christ for the rest of his life! He was baptized when he was 12 by his father in the Chaparrastique Baptist Church .

He began to serve God by passing out Big Question tracts every time they had a Christian movie campaign. His goal was to give out 500 tracts each time and many times he accomplished this goal in the eastern villages. When Ramiro was 14 he taught his very first Sunday school class, he will always remember the hand made cardboard television set he used to teach the story of Noah. Sometimes they still laugh about that when he gets together with those who were his students.
