Alejandro was born in San Salvador, El Salvador on July 25, 1987. He was the youngest of 3 siblings born into a catholic home. At the age of 8, after attending an evangelical church for a while, he received Jesus as his Savior and Lord. Even though he was saved, he didn’t have a church home until one day in 1996, Guillermo Hernandez, (the current director of Level 2 missions at Vida Nueva) invited him and his family to attend Iglesia Bautista Vida Nueva. From that day forward, at the age of 9, Alejandro was a part of Vida Nueva and he has seen the Lord’s Good Hand in every area of his life.

In 2007, Alejandro made his first missionary trip to Nicaragua. Vida Nueva Managua had just been started 1 year prior. God used that trip to give him a burden for missions. In 2009, after completing his studies, Alejandro began to work. God used this job to lead him to his future wife, Wendy. After dating for 5 years, they were married in December of 2015. The Lord has blessed Alejandro and Wendy with a wonderful son, Andre Alejandro, born in February of 2018. They are expecting a second son in April of 2021.

Alejandro began his formal service at Vida Nueva as a deacon in 2012. Later, in March of 2015, Alejandro was invited to become part of the staff of Vida Nueva and was appointed to the Apopa campus. From that time until the present he has served as the Apopa Associate Campus Pastor, the youth pastor, the director of AWANAS, the coordinator of Discipleship, and the leader of an IDEM group.
