Vida Nueva Bogota Colombia

Vida Nueva Bogota Colombia was established on September 7, 2014, as our fourth mission church of the Metro America 020 and Good News in Action's vision to reach Latin America for Christ. It was established by David and Carolina Guadron, and Alex and Norma Hernandez, all native Salvadorians raised up in Vida Nueva, San Salvador. Bogota is the capital city of Colombia with a population of over 8 million people. Less than 10% are born again believers. Not only is there a need for Christ in Bogota, but also in the rest of the country of 40 million inhabitants. We believe that Bogota is the gateway to the rest of the country as well as the gateway to the rest of South America. We are amazed by how open and receptive the people are to the gospel. Vida Nueva Bogota has grown very quickly through bold Evangelism and faithful Discipleship. Many people are already serving in leadership positions. In September 2022, Pastor David Guadron was called by God to return to Vida Nueva San Salvador to begin a 3-year transition process into the senior pastor position, officially becoming Julio Contreras’ successor. At that same time, Alex Hernandez accepted the call to become Vida Nueva Bogota’s Senior Pastor. They are very excited about moving into the future with their new leadership team.

Vida Nueva Bogota meets at Calle 12 #68c – 24, Bogotá, Colombia on Sunday morning at 10 AM.
